Each "Bravest Kid" award is as unique as the child that requests it. The award is open to any child with any type of cancer, anywhere in the United States and Canada. This is not a contest, but merely a recognition award. A child may ask for anything they desire and the JSF Foundation will furnish it for them, plus each child receives a special "Bravest Kid" trophy that says to the world "I've been through a really tough time in my life, and here is my trophy to prove it".
